Privacy notice (draft)

DRAFT. A Florida-licensed attorney must review this notice before any money is taken or the service opens to the public.

Last revised: October 30, 2026. Operator: F-Keys Creative LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("the operator").

What is collected

  • What you type: the address, parcel number or listing link; the listing claims you choose to enter; and the price you choose to enter for the tax illustration.
  • The report itself: the public records read for that property, with the date each was read, stored as a fixed copy so the report you received does not change underneath you.
  • A ledger line: the report's ID, county, parcel number, the day it was built and whether it finished. The ledger holds no address text, no listing claims and no personal details.
  • The access code you type is checked and not stored.
  • Your email address, when you pay: the payment processor collects it at checkout. The service uses it once, to send you the link to your report, and does not store it. A copy of that email goes to the operator so a delivery problem can be fixed.

What is not collected

  • No cookies, no analytics, no advertising tags, and no tracking pixels on the service or in reports.
  • No names of property owners or of anyone else named in the records. County records sometimes include an owner's name. The service reads it only to label the owner as a type of entity, such as an individual or an LLC, and then drops it. Case notes are filtered so that sentences naming or describing people are left out.
  • No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Who else handles data

  • Hosting: the service and its stored reports run on a cloud hosting provider, which keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, under its own policies.
  • Public record offices: to build a report, the service asks county and city offices, and a federal address geocoder, for records about the property. Those requests carry the property's address or parcel number, not your identity.
  • Payments: a payment processor handles card details. The operator never sees or stores card numbers.
  • Email: the report link is sent through an email sending service, which handles the message under its own policies.

How long it is kept

Reports are kept for one year from the day they are built, so you can return to them, then deleted. You can ask for a report to be deleted sooner by writing to vincegonzalez@me.com with its report ID.

Who can see a report

Anyone with a report's link can open it. The link contains a long random code and is not listed or indexed. Treat it like a document you would share by email.
